Getting Started

Visit the Nhota Registration Page: nhota.vuketech.co.za

  • Enter your first name, surname, and a secure password
  • Select the modules you intend to use
  • Click "Complete Registration" to finish

Use your email and password to log in at nhota.vuketech.co.za

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Dashboard Overview

The Nhota dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your business activities at a glance. Key metrics and quick actions help you stay productive.

Project Management Module

The Project Management module helps you organize, track, and manage all your projects in one place with powerful collaboration tools.

Use the left-hand menu → Projects → All Projects → Create

Fill in project name and description, then save.

Visualize your project with a Kanban-style layout using Boards:

  • Create columns (e.g., Not Yet Started, In Progress, Completed)
  • Drag and drop tasks across columns

  • Set due dates
  • Assign team members
  • Set priority
  • Attach files/comments

CRM Module

The Customer Relationship Management module helps you manage all your customer interactions, sales pipelines, and billing in one centralized platform.

Leads & Customers

Create new leads, convert them into customers, and manage accounts grouped by category.
